The topic is not as hard as people think it is. Tax advice is not that hard as people consider it is. When it comes to low income families the government of every state and country has a department for tax, which has a duty of keeping vigilance on people who are able to pay taxes and who are not able to pay taxes. People who have a low income are people who have a low earning scale. These people earn less than the regular income of the people of the state. For example, a regular income earns dollar $100 per week that means a dollar $400 per month if this is regular earning of the majority of the state than the low incomers would be earning less than that.

For people who are low income earners a run a family the government has an equitable remedy for them. Before any sort of advice is given to the low income earning families, it is important to understand what low income means and who are those families which earn low or in easy words beneath the regular working class earns. Again it depends on what boundaries are stretched in between the regular income earners and a minor income earner. It depends upon state to state and country to country the limit for earning everywhere is different from each other. It is usually seen that countries with well economy rate, the minor incomers are very low, and they earn more than of a minor income earner of an undeveloped country.

In almost every country the government pays a special attention to people who earn on a low scale. After they fill the form the related department finds out the eligibility of the person. This is done to keep in an account of the claimants forged or misrepresented or in case false representation to avoid tax payment.

After filling that form I mentioned and finding the eligibility of the candidate the representing department of tax would either waive the tax or take a very fewer amounts of tax from the individual. This would of course have to be refunded at the end of the year. Families with earning children who earn less to have to go through the same procedure to pay fewer taxes. Tax is known to be a government right to collect and the public’s right to get it back on time. This is called tax refund. So families who have a low income have to pay less or in rare cases get waived off taxes.

Managing your income is a very difficult job because you have to spend your money in this way that you could be able to meet all your necessary requirements and to satisfy many other wants. Saving money for any emergency expenses such as medical or any other accidental expenses are very much important. After making budget for necessary requirements you have to arrange money and save money in respect of taxes, which are essential to pay according to your income and expenditures. The taxes which you pay are ultimately contributing in running of state affairs and the funds which government incurred for the public development are come from these taxes which are paid by the people of the country.

It is very difficult when you are earning very low income, and you have to pay your taxes also regularly. Governments of different countries offer different types of relaxations in tax programs for the families who are earning low income. Keeping your expenses control and according to the income is not an easy job and after doing all the expenses you have to save some money for different purposes not only for the taxes.  You have to arrange some money for any emergency expenses, for payment of insurance premium, for replacing your home furniture with new one, or other expenses saving money for all these types of expenses after meeting the expenses of daily and necessary requirements is very difficult.

Paying taxes is must  and duty as a citizen so if you are earning very low income never mind you have to plan your money in this way that you become able to pay tax and take advantages of the different programs which government offers in respect of payment of taxes. To plan your money it is very important to make your budget according to your income and keep the record of your earnings and expenses this would help you in different ways, and you do not have need to remember all things you just take your note book or register in which you are recording your earnings and expenses and audit whenever you need but it is recommended that you do it quarterly.
